Titan Mini School

​TSMS will host our “Meet the Teacher” event, Titan Mini School, from 6:00 pm – 7:20 pm on Tuesday, September 5th.
Parents will have the opportunity to follow their student’s schedule to each class and meet with the teacher as a group for an informative presentation.  The timeline for the event is listed below.  Each presentation will last 7 minutes, with 3 minutes in between “classes” in order to travel to the next classroom.  
You will need access to your student’s schedule so that your evening mimics their daily routine.  Home Access Center (HAC) is the recommended resource, though it could also be written by your student or you could bring them along to show you.

TSMS Walk the Schedule Night

​Trinity Springs Middle School will host “Walk the Schedule” on August 10th, 2017.  7th grade pick up begins at 5:00pm and 8th grade pick up will begin at 6:15pm. Both grade levels will pick up their schedules in the Big Gym located on the west side of the building.  For those parking in the front, please use the Gym Entrance.  Those parking in the back, please enter near the cafeteria and proceed to the Big Gym.  

After picking up your schedule, you will walk your schedule, as well as attend an orientation in the cafeteria (see schedule below), pick up pre-ordered supplies, join the PTA, and sign up for an academic locker.  Signs will be posted to help with location and direction.  
If you have a hold, this will be identified at the schedule pick up station.  Holds will be addressed in the small gym.  To avoid a hold, please ensure that you have completed the InfoSnap registration and residency verification, have submitted all required immunizations, and have paid any fines or returned any equipment.

Summer Office Hours

​The office will re-open on Monday, July 10 and follow summer hours through Thursday, July 27.​  During this time, the office will be open Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Please note that the office will close each day from 12:00 - 1:00 for lunch.
